Dear Sunday River Loyalist,

It is with extreme enthusiasm that we announce the addition of three new members to our team. Effective April 14, Julia Young, Margie Finley and Cheri Thurston join the Sunday River Real Estate Team at our mountain location.

Julia, Margie and Cheri bring with them a collective 45 years of real estate experience in the Bethel and Sunday River region. Most recently, they owned a very successful real estate company in Bethel. Each of them has worked for or interacted with the mountain and our current sales team for years. They have longstanding relationships with an extensive client base within the Bethel and Newry communities.

Existing agents Greg Graves, Susan Duplessis and Callie Pecunies have come off a very successful 2008, having more than doubled the previous year’s sales revenues. The addition of new team members will allow us to ramp up some new services, including our 2009/2010 Winter Seasonal Rental program.

This is an exciting time for Sunday River as we bring a vision to life. The Chondola has opened up a ton of new opportunities for the mountain, including 12-hour skiing, nighttime entertainment at the Foggy Goggle, fine dining at the Peak Lodge and a new venue and terrain for summer mountain biking.
