Owners are poised to capture the largest segment of the renting and business markets.
Partnership Program
Owners participating in the short-term rental program gain access to a number of discounts at Sunday River. In recognition to their commitment to the rental program, owners receive resort-wide discounts at select retail and dining locations, including Sunday River Sports, Legends and Sliders, as well as other special rates for services such as lodging.
Lodging and Property Services
Offering a wealth of knowledge and in-house experience in caring for your home, and teaming up with area tradespeople when needed, the Owner Services staff includes professional property managers, highly skilled caretakers and maintenance staff, detail-oriented housekeepers and a financial/administrative staff. Consolidation of the properties under Sunday River management allows them to assist in protecting the owners’ investment and provide significant peace of mind. This makes owning a vacation home that much more pleasurable, knowing there is someone to call upon when you can’t be here enjoying mountain life.
